Kirstin founded Clearscape Travel nearly a decade ago after a successful 20-year career as a writer and editor. A lifelong traveler, she turned her passion into a profession in 2016, dedicating herself to helping others explore the world and create unforgettable memories. She lives in the Annapolis, MD area with her husband and is the proud mother of three young-adult children.

As dedicated luxury travel advisors, Kirstin and her team bring years of global expertise, in-depth destination knowledge, and exclusive partnerships—including privileged access through Signature Travel Network—to design personalized itineraries that elevate every moment.

Kelly Purnell, Travel Consultant

Travel has shaped Kelly’s life from the very beginning—first skiing in Austria as a middle-schooler, then through cultural exchange programs that took her to Belgium and Finland, as well as welcoming exchange students into her home. Those early experiences opened her eyes to how meaningful it is to see the world through someone else’s perspective and taught her that travel is one of the best ways to grow, connect, and step outside our everyday routines. 

Now, as a mom of four boys who has mastered multitasking, logistics, and finding the best experiences for every personality in the group, she helps families, couples, and independent travelers create trips that feel effortless and unforgettable.

Kelly specializes in Scandinavia and the Nordic region, but her itineraries span Europe, the Caribbean, Mexico, and destinations around the world. From hiking in Switzerland to cruising the Mediterranean to planning the perfect girls’ getaway, she’s here to design a trip that fits you… your style, your interests, your dream.

Julie Winter, Travel Consultant

With more than 20 years of experience building strong, lasting relationships through exceptional customer service, Julie brings a thoughtful and client-centered approach to her new role as a travel advisor. She’s always had a passion for planning trips—not just handling the logistics, but creating meaningful experiences that bring people together.

Julie believes travel is about connection: unplugging, being present, and making lifelong memories with loved ones. From hiking in U.S. national parks and snorkeling in Hawaii to relaxing in the Caribbean and exploring the rich culture of Europe—including a moving moment on the beaches of Normandy—Julie has crafted a wide range of travel experiences.

Whether it’s an active adventure or a restorative recharge, she has a gift for designing trips that combine discovery, delight, and a deep appreciation for local food and culture. Julie is no stranger to going above and beyond. She thrives on collaboration and is excited to help clients plan trips that are every bit as memorable as those she’s created for her own family.

    Bridget Moses, Personal Assistant

    Based in Austin, TX, Bridget Moses is passionate about creating unforgettable travel experiences. Her love of travel began early, inspired by international trips with family and friends and living in Madrid, Spain, where she spent three years as an au pair – teaching English and learning Spanish.

    In her role as a Personal Assistant at Clearscape Travel, she ensures every detail is meticulously planned and every itinerary is flawlessly prepared, making travel effortless and enjoyable for every client. Her keen organizational skills, genuine warmth, and personal touch make her an invaluable part of the Clearscape Travel team.

    A proud mom to her son Julian, Bridget balances family life with her love for art. When she’s not streamlining travel plans, you’ll find her exploring Austin, creating art, and enjoying life with curiosity and joy.
